Hi, I’m Katie and I’m so glad you’re here. Life transitions can leave us feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or alone, especially when they involve caregiving, grief, or unexpected change. Many of my clients come to me navigating the emotional toll of caring for a loved one with dementia, coping with loss, or adjusting to a new phase of life. They’re looking for clarity, emotional support, and someone who understands what they’re going through. With over 13 years of experience working with older adults and their families, I offer a grounded, compassionate space to process what you're feeling and find a path forward.
I specialize in supporting adults through grief, caregiving, and life transitions. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to tailor our work to your specific needs.
You don’t have to do this alone. It’s okay to not have all the answers. If you're feeling lost, uncertain, or emotionally stuck, I’m here to help you navigate what comes next. Reach out when you’re ready. I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
